Responsible change through sustainability

Werroform OÜ has been operating in the city of Võru at Jaama 32 for 15 years. Previously, the main activity was the production of various wooden elements, and its production was marketed primarily to Central Europe. In 2024, the company carried out a lot of product development, and in the second half of the year, the company's owners changed, and Werroform adjusted its work processes, analyzed the market situation, communicated with partners, and replanned its production in such a way that it could focus on creating high-quality and sustainable wooden construction products.

Pioneering products for sustainable construction

The new owners want to focus on sustainability at every level. For this, trend-setting smart products will be launched on the market from 2025: Smart Floor, Smart Wall, and Smart Roof, high-quality wooden construction materials that have been specially developed for the construction of new apartment buildings. Most of the preparatory work with elements would be done during prefablication / factory production, thus avoiding installation errors and uncomfortable working conditions during construction. The entire company is focused on healthy and comprehensive solutions, ensuring the best quality of life at every level.

Strategic development and expansion

At the end of the year, a lot of effort was put into internal and external marketing, a proper multilingual website was created and a professional recruitment campaign was carried out, all in order to improve and enhance production capacity in 2025, so that there would be base for expansion.

At Werroform, we are fully aware that we bear responsibility towards our people and nature in Estonia, and together with our employees and suppliers, we are committed to supporting a sustainable forest and wood industry. This is one of the foundations for choosing the people and companies we cooperate with. We want to clearly state that Werroform means sustainable housing construction, which in turn promotes people's health.

Financial transparency for lasting trust

For Werroform, transparency means not only open communication and sustainable processes, but also the regular disclosure of our business figures. Starting in 2024, we will publish our key figures annually to give our partners, customers and employees a clear insight into our economic development. This approach underscores our understanding of accountability and promotes trust in our company.

Important facts and figures from 2024 accounting report prepared by Rödl&Partner:

1. Loans

Short-term loans in the sum € 335,104.31 (end of 2023 status) were repaid in full by the end of 2024. The long-term loans in the sum of € 670,961.12 (end of 2023 status) were repaid in full by 31.12.2024.

In total, loans amounting to € 1,006,065.43 were thus settled. The company is thus fully financed by equity.

2. Annual result

An annual net profit of plus € 285,611.02 was achieved.

3. Equity

The equity now amounts to plus € 362,813.62 after negative equity in previous years.
